Users may create an account with either username login or Facebook login. Once an account is used to submit a job, the chosen login method will need to be used to continue with the submitted work request. Unfortunately, there is no way to connect the two separate login methods into one profile. For this reason, we strongly suggest that once you've submitted a job through one of the login methods (username or Facebook), you continue with that method in order to allow future Pros access to your job history and profile, thus avoiding unnecessary questions and document uploads.
