Editing your Pro account on the Taxfyle portal
When you enter your information on the Taxfyle registration page and submit it, your responses are saved in our database but not in your Worklayer profile. This means that although we have your information stored, you won't see it saved when you log back into the registration page.
It's important to complete all registration fields and click 'submit' for your registration to be saved in Taxfyle. Incomplete registrations or those not submitted won't be received by us. If you notice any inaccuracies or incomplete information, please email providers@taxfyle.com or visit the Pro Support Page so we can finalize your registration for you.
After onboarding, if there is any additional information such as specialty skills that needs to be updated, please connect with your tax Pro Manager.
