Unlock Job Opportunities with Taxfyle: Seamless Engagement Within Reach!

At Taxfyle, we've updated the process for you to pick up jobs and connect with clients. Let's explore how you can start accepting engagements within the Taxfyle platform, whether for retail or outsourcing. .

Complete Your Registration:

To access the Taxfyle Worklayer Portal and unlock opportunities, it's essential to complete your registration and have all of your compliance documents update with Taxfyle. Once you've gone through the registration process and met the necessary requirements, you'll gain access to the Worklayer Portal.

Seamless Job Submission:

Retail clients can conveniently submit their job requests through the Taxfyle mobile app on iOS or Android devices, or via the web portal. They provide detailed information about their required deliverables, allowing you to assess the job's scope and earning potential. The job details and fee for completing the engagement will be presented to you in the Opportunities section of your dashboard. These opportunities are available to tax Pros who have provided an EFIN compliance document.

For Pros who have not provided an EFIN, they will be eligible for outsourcing opportunities. Outsourcing opportunities are shown on the Opportunities Page under the Outsourcing posts tab. Here, you will be presented with opportunities in which you match criteria such as tax software and experience requirements. If invited, you will be eligible to service said account. Jobs will then be available to you in the Opportunity page. 

Choose Engagements Wisely:

As a tax professional, you can express interest in opportunities based on your comfort and expertise. If a job aligns with your capabilities and the earning potential appeals to you, simply click the I’m Interested button and wait on our algorithm to assign the job. There is a 10 minute timer from the moment the first Taxfyle Pro shows interest in the job. Remember, there's no obligation to accept any job that you don't feel confident about completing. Your professional judgment matters.

Job Transfers and Forfeits:

Once you accept a job, it becomes your responsibility to see it through. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, if you need to transfer a job to another professional and forfeit the earnings, you can do so by informing the Taxfyle Pro Support team on our Pro Support Page. It's best practice to leave a message for the client, explaining the situation and why you're unable to complete the job.

Stay Connected and Responsive:

While we currently don't have a mobile notification system, you can enable notifications through Google Chrome and receive email notifications when you're logged off the platform. It's crucial to reach out to your client as soon as you pick up a job, showcasing Taxfyle's reputation for quick and efficient service. Timely communication sets the stage for a successful engagement.
