Most requests are picked up quickly, typically within 10 minutes after submission.

Turn on notifications in the Taxfyle app or enable them on your desktop so you hear from us the moment your Tax Pro is assigned and sends a first message. If your request sits at Routing you to a Pro longer than you'd expect, reach out to support and we'll take a look.
