Access your archived engagements and link old documents to current engagements with these simple steps.
If you are not able to access your previous job engagements no need to worry! In an effort to improve our platform's functionality, we have made a few administrative changes. These changes include archiving and removing old engagements and chats on our platform.
What does this mean for me?
In reference to your account, you may not be able to see old conversations that you have had with your Pro immediately, but we have PDFs of all archived chats within your engagements. If you would like to revisit these conversations or would like to have them for your personal records please feel free to reach out to us at success@taxfyle.com or through the support chat located on the bottom right of your account. One of our Customer Success Team Members will be more than happy to send this PDF over to you.
"What happened to the previous documents I uploaded?"
Documents that were uploaded during your old engagement(s) are still available via your documents center which can be found in the upper right-hand corner by your user profile information. Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner, and click all documents. There you can browse all documents associated with your account.
How can I link my old documents to my current job?
If you wish to link an old document to a current job within your account, you may do so by clicking the "Link" button within the new job and selecting the desired document(s).
