I'm having technical problems chatting with my Pro, what should I do?

If you're having trouble chatting with your Tax Pro, close the app and reopen it. That clears up most chat issues.

If it's still not working, contact our support team through the in-app chat or by submitting a ticket, and we'll get it sorted out.
