When experiencing issues uploading first try refreshing the page, then closing the application and reopening it, and finally reach out to support.

If you find that documents aren't uploading to your job, please try troubleshooting by closing the application and reopening it. If this does not work, please reach out to support and they will assist in resolving the issue. Note, that if the issue exists on the mobile app, the web app usually works well.
