First things first, every Pro will have access (either full or limited) to our general Taxfyle retail workspace. If you're already a fully onboarded Pro, you're in the right place! Pros who have not provided their EFIN will not be eligible to receive retail opportunities.
To ensure you're eligible for job opportunities, contact your Pro manager to double-check that your compliance documents, account roles, and permissions are in order. There may be information that is pending in order for you to receive certain job opportunities.
