If something about your service isn't going the way you expected, tell us as soon as you notice. Reach our support team through the help chat in the app or submit a support ticket. Raising a concern while your Tax Pro is still working gives us the most room to correct it, so please don't wait until your return is finished.
If you're not satisfied with the work your Tax Pro delivered, let us know. We'll review the work performed and determine the appropriate resolution.
