The benefit of the upfront questionnaire is that we can notify our Pros of the commission they will collect for their service, eliminating unexpected billings. Your quote will only change in the event that your Pro finds that one of your responses to our in-app questions (used in determining your quote) was incorrect or if you ask for additional services outside the scope of your work request. Should this be the case, we typically ask our Pros to complete your job, as appropriate, and we will reach out to you for the difference necessary to cover the additional service.
