I'm having technical problems chatting with my Pro, what should I do?

If you're having difficulty chatting with your Pro, please try troubleshooting by closing the application and reopening it.  If this does not resolve the problem, please contact the Success Team through the help chat and they will work to help resolve the issue.

Note, if the issue is on the mobile app, the web app usually works well.
