Additional work requests will be routed to the Pro pool and selected by a Pro ready to prepare your return. Chats and documents from your collective work requests are shared with new Pros so they may review relevant information which has already been submitted. This saves you time as you will not have to repeat yourself and upload documents which are already within your profile.
